Please note:
- Your ticket is only valid for the date and time booked, you will not be allowed to use them for a different date or time.
- Customers to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled timeslot.
- Buckingham Place Tickets only: Please exchange your voucher for tickets at the Buckingham Place Ticket Office where some queuing time should be expected.
- Royal Mews and Buckingham Place Tickets: Please exchange your voucher for tickets at the Royal Mews Ticket Office where some queuing time should be expected. Your scheduled entry to Buckingham Place is one hour after your entry to Royal Mews.
- 11:15am Entry to Royal Mews: Please arrive to Royal Mews ticket office at 11am to exchange your Royal Mews Golden Tours voucher. For entry to Buckingham Palace, please meet our representative outside King’s Gallery at 12.15pm, you will then be escorted by them to the entrance which is scheduled for 12.30pm.
- 12.30pm Entry to Royal Mews: Please arrive to Royal Mews ticket office at 12.15pm to exchange your Royal Mews Golden Tours voucher. For entry to Buckingham Palace, please meet our representative outside King’s Gallery at 13.30pm, you will then be escorted by them to the entrance which is scheduled for 13.45pm.
- For safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby-carriers are available for loan.
- A one-way system operates along the entire visitor route for safety reasons.
- Use of mobile phones are permitted in the Palace Garden. Mobile phones must be switched off elsewhere on the visitor route.
- Photography is not permitted inside Buckingham Palace.
- Can be cancelled up to 72 hours before scheduled date to get a full refund.
- Clients that require mobility access must book directly with Buckingham Palace.
- Tickets purchased from Golden Tours cannot be converted into a 1-Year Pass.
- Audio tours are included in the admission price and are available in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
