Please note:
- Please arrive at The Scotch Whisky Experience 15 minutes before your tour and make your way to the Box Office.
- Present your ticket, together with valid photo ID to verify your student/senior concession tickets.
- Challenge 25: The legal drinking age in the UK is 18, however, if you or anyone in your booking is lucky enough to look younger than 25, we will ask to see your proof of age ID.
- Under 18s will be offered a soft drink.
- Children 5 & under go free.
- Carers go free (rates apply to participate in the tasting elements).
- Unless reserved on a private basis, tours will include other members of the public.
- Live translation by tour guides and the use of whisper technology is not permitted.
- Tickets are non-refundable & non-exchangeable..
