Itinerary

Discover the award-winning ‘The Beatles Story’, the world's largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to telling the story of The Beatles – a must for any music fan! Located in the Fab Four’s hometown of Liverpool – on the stunning UNESCO World heritage waterfront at the Albert Dock – The Beatles Story will take visitors on an atmospheric journey through the lives, times, culture and music of the world’s greatest band.

This is your chance to join The Beatles on their journey – from when the band went on to conquering Liverpool to its worldwide success. With recreations of key locations from the band’s career including The Casbah Club, The Cavern Club, and Abbey Road Studios, expect to be fully immersed in their incredible journey.

The Beatles Story also features an impressive collection of fascinating memorabilia – such as the band’s original instruments, John Lennon’s New York piano, Ringo Starr’s drum kit, rare album sleeves and original lyrics. Further items on display include the original Strawberry Field Gates, the ‘Holy Grail’ record that launched The Beatles and Brian Epstein’s jacket.

This self-guided tour comes with a complimentary multimedia guide available in twelve different languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean and Cantonese. Packed with information, imagery and interviews with Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, this guide has been narrated by John Lennon’s sister, Julia.

You’ll have the option of finishing this unforgettable experience by taking a seat back and relaxing in one of the Beatles-themed Fab4 Cafés or browsing through a fantastic range of products available from the Fab4 Stores.
